1. HOW TO ORDER
Welcome to the PureTrain Online Store. Ordering any PureTrain products online is made easy and safe using our PayPal secure online payment facility and following these simple steps:
• Choose the product(s) you want by clicking on the Add to Cart button.
• To view your order click on the View Cart button. You are now able to choose to remove this item or alter the quantity of items required by clicking in the appropriate boxes.
• If you are happy with your order click the Proceed to Checkout button.
• Here you will be asked to provide Credit or Debit card details and address details in order for us to process your order.
• You will receive confirmation of your order by email. Please keep these details safe in case you encounter any problems with your purchase.

2. DELIVERY
Most orders are processed the following working day, depending on product availability. Delivery time is usually within 7 working days AFTER your order has been processed and dispatched, depending on the speed of the postal service. All orders
are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a customer signature upon receipt. Delivery is FREE to anywhere within the UK mainland.
Please note: Holidays and weekends are NOT counted as working days. Orders
placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are typically processed on Monday.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occassionally inevitable due to unforseen factors. PureTrain shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

3. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Subject to your right to cancel the contract within 7 working days, we will only accept the return of items if they are faulty or have been sent to you in error. If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because of an error on our part we will be happy to offer you a refund for the cost of the item(s). Please note this does not include the cost of returning the goods. To return a faulty item please write on your invoice the reason for return, include the invoice with the unused item and wrap the package securely and a refund will be issued on receipt of the goods. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. To cancel, you can email us (see contact for details) within 7 working days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. You may cancel an order for services in the same way, within 7 working days
of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner.

For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation we will refund the relevant part of your purchase price for that item.
